Cengiz Tekin Video Screening & Artist Talk

Istanbul Modern, Multipurpose Hall

A program focusing on the moving image, Artists’ Film International brings videos, animations, and short films by artists from around the world to Istanbul in the museum’s pop-up exhibition area. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the program this year, the exhibition focuses on the subject of “collaboration” and also features Cengiz Tekin from Turkey with his video “Just Before Paradise”.

This screening, held within the scope of the program, presents a selection of videos and photographic works produced by Tekin in previous years. Following the screening, Senem R. Kantarcı, assistant curator of the exhibition, will be in conversation with Cengiz Tekin.
