Cast: Irène Jacob, Jean-Louis Trintignant, Frédérique Feder

Acclaimed as Kieślowski’s masterpiece, the final film of the trilogy is a masterful interpretation on fraternity and fate.Set in Geneva, the film tells about the relationship Valentine establishes with a retired and much older judge, plunging Valentine in the greatest storm of her life. One day she notices that the old man suffers from a rather strange psychological problem: eavesdropping on his neighbors’ phone conversations. Red focuses on people seeking for their other halves and is Kieślowski’s last film before his death.
